Teitoku workshop is now accepting new orders every 2 month, with deadline at the end of every even month. Please fill in and submit your application using the link below. Successful / Unsuccessful applicants will be notified through email in 2 weeks time after the deadline. For successful applicants, please reply after receiving our notification to confirm the details of the commission. For unsuccessful applicants, please kindly fill in the form again before the next deadline. Price of the mask would be starting from HKD10000 (estimated around USD1290).

• Please kindly note that each person should only fill in the form once as filling the form for multiple times will not increase your chance of securing your order.
